Dear Customers and Partners, As we navigate the current situation with COVID-19, the well-being of our customers, employees and families continues to be a top priority. In accordance with the guidelines set by the Provincial authorities, Titan is designated as an “essential service” business and remains fully operational barring any change in the government’s stance. With this we remain committed to serving you and want to assure you that we, as a business, are acting responsibly and taking the necessary social distancing and sanitary measures to keep everyone safe. Here’s what we are doing: Day-to-Day Operations
We are keeping the number of staff in office to a minimum with rotations of staff working at home.
We have implemented internal cleaning processes for frequently touched office surfaces.
We are asking customers who need to pick up orders to call ahead to schedule pick-ups.
We are asking drivers of transport trucks, either picking up or delivering materials, call us on arrival for loading or unloading. This is to ensure that shipping and receiving is done without person-to- person interaction.
We are not collecting hard copy paperwork, manual signatures or in-person payments. All order/delivery paperwork is being handled electronically and required payments are being processed over the phone via credit card.
NOTE: The current overload in telecommunications networks may cause issues when communicating with, or attempting to reach, staff who are working from home on cellular devices. If you experience any problems, please try again. Your patience is appreciated during this time. Project Job Sites
We have implemented several practices for COVID-19 prevention for all our project job sites, including:
Frequently washing hands with warm water and soap as well as before/after eating, drinking, or smoking. Use hand sanitizer if available.
Wearing gloves at all times whenever possible.
Sanitizing all hand tools and equipment before and after use. Use disinfectant wipes.
Practicing social distancing—no shaking hands or intimate contact with others and maintaining a 6ft distance from other workers.
Wearing N95 masks if social distancing is not possible.
Working in small groups and distance yourself from other trades and personnel.
As always, requests for quotes can be submitted on our website, via email or by calling our office. We will do our best to maintain the high level of responsiveness that you have come to expect from us. We appreciate your cooperation during this time and will update this message to reflect any future changes. Please take care of yourselves and stay safe. The Titan Environmental Containment team
